What’s New?

• Ignore Permanent failure records: PowerRouter now ignores records that have failed more than 18 times during processing (Permanent Failure Record). These records are listed in the “Permanent Failed Records” section of the Activities Page along with the explanation for their failure. 

Note: You can try these records again by deleting them from the list.

• Convert Lead Component Settings: In the “Convert Lead” and “Convert Lead & Merge Contact” components, the Field values of Account/Contact/Opportunity gets updated immediately after the conversion of the lead.

 

Bug Fixes:

• The problem with 15 character Ids in criteria has been resolved.
• Visual Tracking Mode UI Bug Fixes.
• A new, more intuitive approach to use Reference fields to set criteria.
• The matching leads/contacts will be refreshed when new accounts are added.
