This article will help you understand Permanent Failed Records.
Some records fail while routing due to validation errors or other errors through workflows in PowerRouter. Once the record has failed for more than 18 times, PowerRouter adds them in the list of Permanent failed records.
For example: Records failed due to UNLICENSED_INACTIVE_USER_ASSIGNMENT over 18 times , it will be added in Permanent Failed Records
Note: PowerRouter blocks those records which are added to the permanent failed records. If the record is required to be routed through the workflow again, you have to fix the error and then remove it from the permanent failed record list and make the necessary changes so that it is eligible to be picked by PowerRouter.
Steps to trace permanent failed records:
- Open the Audit section in the vertical navigation bar on the left side.
- Click on the Activities tab.
