Creating a holiday in Team page

In this article, you will understand how to create a holiday for a team.


PowerRouter allows you to create holidays for teams so that no records are routed to the team when the team isn’t available. It can be a single day or a series of days off.

Additionally, you can select the start and end times of the holiday.



Steps to create a holiday for team:


  • Open a team in teams section under the people’s page.

  • Click on Add Event.  

  • Enter an Event Name. Select holiday type from Select Event Type as Out of Office (OOO) dropdown. 


  • Select Start Date and End Date.  

  • If you do not want the holiday to last the entire day, set the All Day Event to false and choose Start Time and End Time. Click on Save.  


  • Check your events in your Team Events section. For instance, we had set a holiday from 09:00 AM of 29th Aug, 2022 to 06:00 PM of 1st Sept, 2022. So the holiday will be active from 09:00 AM of 29th Augt, 2022 till 06:00 PM of 1st Sept, 2022.
