In this article, you will understand how to select the member of the team from which routing will start.

Start Point Selection is a feature of the PowerRouter Team section that allows you to select a specific team member to start the routing from based on your preferences. 

Steps to select Startpoint:

• Open a team in teams section under the people’s page.
  
  

• Click on the Settings icon on the right hand side and then on Set Start Point. 

• If you want to select Brett as the startpoint, click on the toggle switch next to the Brett name and then click on Save.  

The next lead for this team is now assigned to Brett, regardless of who was the previous assigned member. 

Benefit of this Feature: 

When a new workflow is created, the routing begins with the first member and progresses. However, if you want to start routing from a specific team member, this feature can be used.
