Power Pipeline Console

This article provides an in-depth guide to understanding the user interface (UI) features of the PowerBooks dashboard. The PowerBooks dashboard is a powerful tool designed to help you manage and monitor Account records under different territories efficiently. We’ll cover various aspects of the dashboard, including date filters, territory filters, teams filter, statistics, user information, accounts coverage information, territory distribution details, team distribution details, failed assignments, and recent assignments.



Date Filter:

The date filter, located in the top left corner, allows you to view Account records routed in Dynamic Books within a particular time period. Click on the drop-down menu to select a date filter from the following options:

  • Today: Displays the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books on the current day.

  • Yesterday: Shows the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books on the previous day.

  • This Week: Displays the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books within the current week.

  • Last Week: Shows the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books in the previous week, within the last 7 and 14 days.

  • This Month: Displays the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books within the current month.

  • Last Month: Shows the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books in the previous month.

  • This Quarter: Displays the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books within the current quarter, encompassing the last 3 months.

  • Last Quarter: Shows the count of Account records processed by PowerRouter in Dynamic Books in the previous quarter.


Type Filter:

The type filter, located just beside the Date filter, allows you to select whether you want to view the Dashboard based on distribution of accounts based on territories or teams.

User can select the following options:

  • Territories: This will now allow you to use the territories filter to view the dashboard based on All Territories or any particular territory.

  • Teams:  This will now allow you to use the teams filter to view the dashboard based on All Teams or any particular team.



Refresh Button:

Adjacent to the Workflow Filter, the Refresh button allows you to reload the dashboard console of Dynamic Books to get the most up-to-date data.


Statistics:

The Statistics section, positioned prominently in the dashboard, provides a hub of metrics related to Account records. Metrics include:

  • Assignments: The number of Account records assigned to the users in Dynamic Books based on the filters selected.

  • Reassignments: The number of Accounts reassigned to another user in Dynamic Books based on the filters selected.


Users:

The Users section presents user status in a Pie-Chart format, categorizing users into four sections:

  • Active Users: The number of active PowerRouter users available for assignments.

  • Capped Users: Users whose assignments have been capped in Dynamic Books.

  • Users on Leave: The number of users currently on leave or holiday.

  • Inactive/Unlicensed Users: Count of Salesforce inactive or unlicensed users.


Total Account Coverage:

The total account coverage represents activity on accounts in a Pie-Chart format, categorizing accounts into two sections:

  • Engaged: The number of accounts on which any type of activity has been done after it is assigned to a Sales representative.

  • Unengaged:The number of accounts on which no activity has been done after it is assigned to a Sales representative.


Failed Assignments:

This section lists all accounts that have failed routing in Dynamic Books based on the filters selected. Clicking on Retry will retrigger the account into the territory distribution workflow.


Territory Distribution Details:

This section appears when the dashboard is filtered based on All Territories. It shows details about the count of assignments, reassignments and open opportunities present for all live territories in the form of a horizontal bar graph.


Sub-Territory Distribution Details:

This section appears when the dashboard is filtered based on a specific territory. It shows details about the count of assignments, reassignments and open opportunities present for all sub-territories in the selected live territory in the form of a horizontal bar graph.


Team Distribution Details:
This section appears when the dashboard is filtered based on All Teams. It shows details about the count of assignments, reassignments and open opportunities based on all teams used in live territories in the form of a horizontal bar graph.


User Distribution Details:

This section appears when the dashboard is filtered based on a specific team. It shows details about the count of assignments, reassignments and open opportunities based on all team members in the selected team used in live territories in the form of a horizontal bar graph.


Recent Assignments:

This section displays the top 200 assignments done in Dynamic Books based on the filters selected. The sections added in this part are – Name, Website, Assignment Reason, Assigned Date, Assigned To, and Action.

Besides the table of records, you have the following actions available:

  • View: Clicking on this action takes the user to the account layout page in salesforce.


The PowerRouter Dynamic Books dashboard for Account Records offers a robust set of features to help you manage and monitor Account records effectively. By understanding how to use the various filters, view statistics, explore user information, and manage assignments, you can optimize your Account record management process through different territories.
