Queue Settings
This article will help you understand how to assign Queue Licenses in PowerRouter.
Please be advised that PowerRouter provides two free queue licenses by default for both Lead and case. To increment the queue license count, please contact the PowerRouter Team. Also note that queues can be assigned only for lead and case.
Following are the steps to enable Queue License in PowerRouter –
Click on “Setting” in left-navigation bar in PowerRouter
Click on “License Settings” tab in the header of Setting as shown below.
Click on “Queue Licenses”, a dialog box will appear stating “Manage Queue Licenses”
Inside the box, in the top right corner there is a drop down menu to select record type – lead or case
Under it is a box to state the count of Queue Licenses,
Total Licenses – shows the total queue licenses provided from PowerRouter Support.
Unused Licenses – shows the count of the number of queue licenses which have not been used.
Used Licenses – shows the count of the number of queue licenses which have been used.
Below the license information, you’ll find two different boxes:
Unlicensed Queues: This box contains queues that currently do not have a queue license assigned. (The left section)
Licensed Queues: This box contains queues that have been assigned a queue license. (The Right Section)
Assign Queue License: To assign a queue license to a specific queue, follow these steps:
Select a queue from the “Unlicensed Queues” section, for example, “AE Queue.”
Click on the right arrow key (->) to drag the queue from the “Unlicensed Queues” section to the “Licensed Queues” section. This action assigns the queue license to “AE Queue.”
After shifting the Used License count will increment by 1 and the unused license count will decrement by 1 on clicking Save.
By following these steps, you can enable and manage Queue Licenses in PowerRouter for both lead and case record types. If you require more queue licenses, you can contact the PowerRouter Team to increment the license count.
