• Slack Integration: You will receive Slack messages based on record assignment.
• Dynamic Segment Consolidation: This feature helps in routing objects to different paths based on various factors like path capping, percentage, and availability.
• Slack Integration: Routing components with the “Send Slack Notification” flag: Within the Routing components, you can choose the option to send notifications to Slack. This will notify users to whom the records have been routed.
• Slack Default Template: The default template in Slack settings will be used by routing components, and there is also a template available in Slack components.
