What’s New?

• Routing Components Skipped Feature: When a user or team selected in the routing components is unavailable, inactive, or unlicensed, leads will be directed to the skipped path.
• Slack Notification Component:
• Multiple channels can be selected, allowing users to send notifications to different channels.
• Users can easily select fields from the drop-down menu when adding fields to the notification.

 

Bugs:

• Fixing Slack Bugs
• If two leads from the same company are converted simultaneously but with different Convert-Lead components, where one component specifies a specific account for conversion, both leads will be converted to the specific account.
• When the OwnerId in the Route-to-team component is already updated, the record doesn’t flow to the next component.
