What’s New?
- Power Pipeline Return Account:
The new Return Account feature empowers Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to send accounts back to their managers. This process is facilitated by specific return reasons provided by the PowerRouter Admins.
- Power Pipeline Return Settings:
The Return Settings feature enables PowerRouter Admins to:- Incorporate return reasons for SDRs to select when returning an account.
- Specify whether SDRs can set a wait time for redistributions after returning an account, based on the selected return reason.
- Power Pipeline Territory Workflows:
Power Pipeline introduces two types of Territory Workflows:- Distribution Workflow: Facilitates the creation of territory structures and directs accounts to designated teams based on sub-territories.
- Return/Retrieve Workflow: Automates post-return actions and retrieves accounts from SDRs if they are unable to work on them within the specified timeframe.
- Custom Object Routing:
The Custom Objects Routing feature within PowerRouter enables the routing of custom objects to teams, users, or queues. Notably, PowerRouter currently supports the routing of up to five custom object records. - Orgwide Capacity in Capacity Profile:
The Capacity Profiles feature now extends its capability to calculate the capacity for each user in the team. This includes assignments made through PowerRouter as well as those initiated manually within Salesforce. - Remaining Capacity Percentage-Based Assignment:
Assignments based on the Load Balancer algorithm can now consider the remaining capacity percentage of team members within the team associated with the capacity profile.
